					<description>Good point. Yes, I think that if you are considering addeding external links to your pages in an effort to improve the user experience (after deciding it's worth it), at least those links should be on topic and therefore to actually add value to your pages.</description>

					<description>Good post.  I think another thing that attribute external links should have is relevance to the primary page.  For example, if you are looking at Amazon.com, why would there be an ad for Harley Davidson?  Yet, it is hard to differentiate between having relevant links and having competitors links on the site.  What do you think?</description>
