It is often impractical to do this overtly by having sections that tailor to each, but it is key to takes each group of users into consideration when designing a user experience. It is difficult to make a general statement about the actual modes of implementation since web site types really vary across the spectrum; however, one should always ask how the design of an individual page can address each of these groups. In some cases, it will be much more important to address one market segment over another, so that also must be taken into account.</description>

I would be highly interested in your thoughts about how the design strategy differs for each market segment in terms of content and navigation. Is this a case of an either/or to get the attention of one segment or does the information neccesary to attract each segment intersect?
